October, 30th: Decision of contribution acceptance by the Scientific Committee
November, 10th: Deadline for early bird registration
November, 10th: Deadline for cancelation request
November, 11th: Start of late registration fee
November 30th: Deadline for late registration
December 7th: Registration at the welcome desk
December 7-9th, 2023: MICROBIOTEC’23

**In response to numerous requests stemming from problems encountered in abstract submissions over the past week, the abstract deadline will be extended to October 6th.
Cancellations:
• Cancellations received before September 18th, 2023: 100% refund, bank charges will be deducted.
• Cancellations received between September 18th, 2023 and November 1st, 2023: 40% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations received after November 2nd, 2023: No refund can be made.
