Abstract Submission
Abstracts are welcome on any scientific topic covered in this conference.
Abstract must be submitted until 06.10.2023 (23:59 CEST).
The submissions are limited to 2 abstracts (as presenting author) per registration.
Abstracts can be submitted for oral presentation (10 minutes) or for poster presentation. Posters should be submitted at the website after abstract acceptance (more information will be soon available).
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee and selection will be based on their recommendations.
Accepted abstracts will be confirmed by email until 23.10.2023.
Only confirmed presentations by registered authors will be included in the final program and published online in the book of abstracts. Please note that the registration fees cannot be waived for authors.
Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified by email until 8 days after notification on acceptance and after confirmation by the Conference Secretariat.
All submitted studies must respect national and international legislation and ethical guidelines.
The Congress language is English.
After the submission, the authors authorize that the abstracts can be used and made available.

Despite adding the template, the abstract must be submitted online, for that you must be previously registered and logged in.

Important tips:
• Before you start make sure you have the next information:
– Topic and Subtopic according to Program.
– Presentation Title.
– All authors (in the correct order) – full first names (no initials) and last names.
– Identify presenting author.
– Affiliations (all authors in the correct order) – include affiliation name, city and country only, not the full address.
– Email Address (presenting author).
– Abstract (maximum of 300 words) – Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions (references and acknowledgments optional).
In case you have a table OR a figure, added as a pdf file.

– Check the spelling of everyone’s name and if affiliations are shown according to the template.
– Make edits before starting the process.
