Returns and Refunds Policy
If you have registered for this event and need to request cancellation, follow the instructions below according to the pre-established criteria:
The request must be sent to the congress e-mail, sending proof of payment, the purchase order number and the date of registration.
Request Criteria:
A refund request can be made in the following situations:
Up to 14 days from the date of registration, the refund will be made in accordance with the refund conditions (see below) provided that the requirements defined in the registration area of the congress website;
After 14 days, refunds and cancellations are defined in the registration area of the congress website.
Registration is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, the cancellation/refund will only be made in accordance with the deadlines determined in the registration area of the congress website.
Refund conditions:
Alterations can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the congress secretariat by e-mail.
Cancellations received before September 18th, 2023: 100% refund, bank charges will be deducted.
Cancellations received between September 18th, 2023 and November 1st, 2023: 40% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Will not be refunded:
Cancellations received after November 2nd, 2023.
Important:
Only the congressman himself can request (via e-mail) the cancellation, according to the criteria described;
For refund analysis, the following will be considered: the date of the request sent by email and the deadlines/criteria already mentioned above;
The analysis of the cancellation/refund request can only be carried out via e-mail and with the registration data of the congressman himself;
The refund will be made directly into the congressman’s current account;
The bank charges for reimbursement will be borne by the registrant; The deadline for making the refund is up to 10 (ten) days after the request;
